Deleting your account.
You can delete your CyberQue account and the data attached to it at any time. In the app, tap the account button at the top right, then Delete account. Or sign in above and choose Delete account.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted
Your sign-in and email address. Practice attempts, scores and progress. What you have unlocked. Security check records tied to your account.
Kept
Purchase and order records, with your account removed from them, so a refund can still be processed, and for tax and accounting, generally for several years.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@cyberque.app from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my CyberQue account”. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is yours. We confirm receipt, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
